How it works.
Once we receive your architectural drawings, our estimating team will prepare a detailed quote along with a floor layout plan. This plan will outline the placement of beams or slabs, proposed partitions, SVPs, and other key elements. Before approval, it’s essential to verify the drawing on-site against actual measurements. Any changes should be communicated at this stage, and we’ll issue an updated plan for final confirmation prior to delivery.
At Southcrete, we use advanced CAD technology to design accurate and efficient block and beam/hollowcore floor layouts. Our goal is to create the most cost-effective solution using our prestressed concrete beams and hollowcore slabs, suitable for brick, block, or steel frame structures. Every design includes structural calculations for submission to relevant authorities. We work closely with clients to deliver tailored concrete solutions that meet their exact specifications.
